  I loved the way the staff were friendly, informative and easy going at the same time. I loved our shared bathroom on 3rd floor on the right, it's better than mine at home. Last not least, the building itself is a true masterpiece from xvii Century, a unesco heritage. Those walls, cellings! For minimal price, too ;) - Great Staff and Location, the Rooms are very nice and clean and have good heating. The breakfast is absolutely fine for the money you pay. Two kind of cereal and a sandwich (has to be picked up from the reception), coffee, milk and orange juice.

  Location was perfect, room was lovely very clean, staff were very friendly - The room was phenomenal! Big room, lots of space, beautiful view and very close to city centre. If I ever go back to Prague I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

  I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel.   The Santini Residence is an absolutely wonderful hotel. This small hotel is located in in an area most convenient to major sites of interest in the city. My wife and I stayed in a suite which was one of the most luxurious and beautiful hotel rooms we have ever used (our next stop was the Fours Seasons hotel in Budapest where the room did not compar... what people say » e).
