  It is a great hotel that met my expectation, great location, very clean, new facility, excelent staff that know how to treat people. It is a very green hotel with a lot of efficient features like almost all light bulbs are LED. I would recommend this hotel to anybody going to Puerto Natales - The location is great for access to restaurants, shop... what people say » ping, and the waterfront. At the same time it provides a very quiet environment. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in arranging tours and transportation for us.

  Location was great, located slightly out of the town. Very cozy in the lodge and whoever was manning the bar when we were there made an excellent Pisco sour! Room with a view of the lake was beautiful. Wifi worked very good. No TV, but who would miss that in a place like this! - I liked everything about Weskar Lodge.   This was the perfect place for us to spend a night on either end of a Torres del Paine backpacking trip. The owners are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Our room was comfortable and warm, and the shower was great. The internet connection is surprisingly decent. When we left the town for several days, we left our belongings in the hotel without any problem, the owner of the hotel helped us with the transfer for free, breakfast can be had after 10 am which is very nice. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate early breakfast every morning so that we could leave early for Torres del Paine. - very friendly staff managed well in communication though they speak spanish and occasionally there is someone speaking english quite accomodating

  Awesome location and the design of the building is incredible. They were voted number 1 hotel in the whole of Chile in 2012 and rightly so - Great example of revitalising un-used/historical buildings. They did a fantastic job !!

  The staff at singing lamb was helpful since the time we made our reservations. They emailed us thanking for the reservation and welcoming us to their hostel (very unusual). They helped us plan our time in Puerto Natales and the trip to the Torres Del paine. They were very helpful once we got there and had to make changes to our plans due to harsh ... what people say » weather. If we ever go back to Patagonia will definitely stay at the singing lamb again. - The owner is a really kind and helpfull person. The all staff was great. The perfect place to stay before doing the Torres del Paine track. Amazing breakfast!

Breakfast was of a high quality and the staff offered it before their normal hours if we were heading out early for the day.
