This was the perfect place for us to spend a night on either end of a Torres del Paine backpacking trip. The owners are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Our room was comfortable and warm, and the shower was great. The internet connection is surprisingly decent. The location is perfect: roughly equidistant between the bus station and "downtown" Puerto Natales, so it's an easy walk to just about anywhere you'd want to go.
