The staff at singing lamb was helpful since the time we made our reservations. They emailed us thanking for the reservation and welcoming us to their hostel (very unusual). They helped us plan our time in Puerto Natales and the trip to the Torres Del paine. They were very helpful once we got there and had to make changes to our plans due to harsh

Location was great, located slightly out of the town. Very cozy in the lodge and whoever was manning the bar when we were there made an excellent Pisco sour! Room with a view of the lake was beautiful. Wifi worked very good. No TV, but who would miss that in a place like this! -

Very cosy Lodge,nicely furnished,great beds with soft linen, beautiful vieuws,breakfast with fresh warm bread and lost more, but important very friendly and helpfull owners. We had car problems and they were really helpful to fix this problem. Thanks for everything ,we had a graet time at your place !!!!! -

It is a great hotel that met my expectation, great location, very clean, new facility, excelent staff that know how to treat people. It is a very green hotel with a lot of efficient features like almost all light bulbs are LED.
