  The room was great. I had a terrible room and called the front desk and they immediately switched me. The bed was great and the room was spacious. The staff were top-notch. The food in the restaurant was mostly excellent. I had the filet mignon both nights and the second time was exquisite.   I liked how they would change our towels and remake the beds even though we threw the covers over ourselves, everyday while we were there!! the girls were very friendly!! my grandson had a great time in the pools too!! the rest. was great too! we will be back again for sure!! keep up the great work!! hooray for clean rooms and clean carpet... what people say » s!!!!!! - Was early for check in plus was booked in a non pet room (in town for a cat show) and they went out of their way to get a room ready for me immediatly. Restraunt on site has excellent food and is teasonablly priced. Pool is set in a tropical setting which is appealing.

  We were a family of 9 ranging from grandparents to infant twins and everyone enjoyed their stay. We found everyone friendly and helpful, the slides and pool were a hit and the service was great.   I liked the location of the hotel. Quiet side of the city. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We decided to make The Hilton our usual place to stay. We liked there was a gas station down the street. A business/shopping section in the area with a walmart, superstore, right down to a "Kids City" playhouse for our kids on the next block... what people say » . When informing the employee at the front counter upon my arrival that I tried to contact the hotel from the airport for a shuttle but that I never got through and that I ended up taking a taxi, she took it upon herself to inform the manager and got me a discount on my room (the amount of the ... what people say » taxi fair). The fact that the employee at the front counter remembered me the next morning. - The hotel was easy to get to and not to far from the doctor I had to see.   The staff were very nice & quick getting me checked in & out. My room was spacious. They recently renovated & you have a very nice suite with kitchen with all new appliances even a Keirug coffee maker. I stayed in a studio suite. Large clean washroom. I had a very good sleep. Concierge even delivered a card & some peanuts welcoming... what people say » me, impressive. I ate in the restaurant there although a bit pricey the food was great. They have awesome amenities inside the hotel & located do - Very large 1 bedroom suite felt like a home rather than a hotel room. Suite is well equipped with amenities and even the light switch/plug in placements seemed to be well designed (didn't need to crawl under furniture to find a plug or walk in the dark to turn off lights). Very helpful and friendly staff (except for room maid who seemed to be a hard worker and didn't like to speak or even say hello).
