Even if the rooms were not as luxurious and well appointed as they are, it would be worth staying just for the service. We used the concierge several times and their recommendations were perfect. The staff is friendly and polite. The room and bathroom were large with a nice terrace. We stayed during the TIFF, a Valmont facial was offered with the room (indeed, we love valmont!!!). The SPA is great. I recommend the manicurist who is amazing! ONE restaurant is very good, the staff again is extremely nice. Perfect stay!!!

  I loved everything about the hotel; the decor in the public areas was nice, and the rooms were just gorgeous, with big bathroom, lovely walk-in shower; bed was really comfortable, there was plenty of desk space; the internet was faast and free; and breakfast was veyr good too. We were their for a UFC fight and stayed overnight - the stay was wonderful. I also loved that they removed all peanut/treenut items due to my allergy from the room.
