The Beds. they have a smoking floor!!!! also the staff were great, they fixed a minor discrepancy immediately! we would really love to return for a night, just my husband and i, but with five children unfortunately it is not financially feasible :( we look forward to returning when we can afford a night's stay definitely!!. There was a reasonable choice of day tours in Toronto and in the area, including a very good tour, which I took, to Niagra Falls. We didn't like the fire alarm at 0400 but that wasn't your fault. We do hope the people who caused the alarm won't be allowed to stay in the hotel again. Thiswas not required if one was accessing the upper floors from theconcourse level. A minor but odd "hitch" in moving from point a to pointb within the hotel. Getting woken up very early due to the fire alarm going off. I neededrest because I was exhausted and thought it would be great to sleep inuntil 9:00.Yes the guests next door kept me up most of the night. I had to call 3 times to the front desk but I beleive the party broke up on it's own, had nothing to do with the hotel stopping the party. Very high prices in all the restaurants.The feather pillows very allergic to them. We had to ask for foam and ittook quite awhile to receive but did get them thank you. we were quoted a king size bed and we got a queen size. We didn't like the breakfast the fruit wasn't sweet to me the fruitwas overpast. I was very pleased with my stay at your hotel and do not have any negative comments. When I got the bill was when I noticed they submitted their higher rate. I had to spend time to explain this to them- they did ultimately recitfy the problem. by hotel mistake I have been charged more than booked value. I was staying at the hotel with my 18 year old son and had booked the hotel because I wanted a room with 2 beds. I was disgusted to find that when checking in that there were none of these rooms available (which I has specifically booked) so my son had to sleep on a portable bed. I will therefore avoid Sheraton's in future after this experience. The hotel was not aware of the booking when the guest checked in. Cleanliness - I had to clean the drawers myself - hair left in the bathroom - when window opened the rails were disgusting / chewing gums stuck on these / cigarettes etc / dirty and full of cigarette holes carpets / hotel needs a major renovation to live up to its name. dirty bath.
