Location is excellent. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Lovely bed linens and toiletries. The valet parking was a great deal at $22 a day. The breakfast buffet was a good deal, too. - The proximity of everything, the value for my money - Proximity to Parliament Hill and other attractions.

The owner was very sweet and friendly. He had called a couple of times ahead of time to see when I'd be arriving, which irritated me initially, but afterwards I realized their service is just that good! They live on the premises and wanted to be sure they were in the office to accommodate our late evening arrival. Very cottage like inside the rooms. No amenities a regular hotel has (restaurant, pool, etc) but fully furnished, fridge, stove, etc. the bed was a little old and lumpy, but not enoug

The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. -
