We stayed there because we have a child with a food allergy and I needed to be able to prepare meals. I was very impressed with the items provided in the kitchen: plates, bowls, silverware, serving bowls with lids, minimal cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, skillet, sauce pan, bigger pan, dish cloth and towel. To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we
didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were
super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We
were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs).
Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and
bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.

Posizione - Location is excellent. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Lovely bed linens and toiletries. The valet parking was a great deal at $22 a day. The breakfast buffet was a good deal, too. - The proximity of everything, the value for my money - Proximity to Parliament Hill and other attractions.

VERY BUDGET FRIENDLY
Christopher is very personable and friendly and knows how to make a guest feel welcomed and happy. I know he would go out of his way to make sure everything is comfortable and enjoyable, but we didn't require anything extra as we were already so impressed with our room.

The owner was very sweet and friendly. He had called a couple of times ahead of time to see when I'd be arriving, which irritated me initially, but afterwards I realized their service is just that good! They live on the premises and wanted to be sure they were in the office to accommodate our late evening arrival. Very cottage like inside the rooms. No amenities a regular hotel has (restaurant, pool, etc) but fully furnished, fridge, stove, etc. the bed was a little old and lumpy, but not enoug

The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. -

Everything about my stay was amazing we also had a free upgrade. The pool area was small but still nice and atmosphere was great. The staff who checked me out she was so nice and Friendly. -

Good price and excellent location. Just a short walk from a major mall and a short drive from downtown Ottawa, By-ward market and the Parliament Bldgs. Good breakfast, including self-made waffles. -
We were 100% satisfied with our room, it was very comfortable. Receptionists were professional, very friendly and helpful.
