  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise.   I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. The staff were delightful and very helpful in assisting with any of our needs.While some of the staff were relatively new they still went out of their way to answer any of our questions and to assist us with finding different locations in the area.Our food was delicious and we enjoyed oursel... what people say » ves immensly. The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

  My sister and I have stayed at Hilton Suites many times and have never been disappointed. On a recent stay we had a concern with the room we had booked and Bobby Ali the Manager on Duty quickly resolved our issue and we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. We will return for sure, in large part because each member of staff we encountered went out of his/her way to be courteous a - The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.

  The Tower Hotel has amazing views of the falls. The rooms are small but well organized so two people with plenty of luggage can move around with ease. It was a quite hotel with the only noise being the sound of the falls themselves. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. - The location was fantastic with a great view.
