  We loved the in-room lotions, shampoos and conditioners. We didn't use any of the following, but we loved the pleasure menu (haha!) and the stuffed animals, alcohol, food stuffs, etc offered. The room design was amazing!! Also, most of the staff was over-welcoming and they wouldn't take any tips even though they would go to my car in the lot and... what people say » renew my parking for me - at 5 AM (!!) - the outside patio, checked out rooftop in the evening but too busy for us (55+). We were worried we would hear noise from the bar while trying to sleep but that was no problem. I liked the location, parked the car and walked around and we were able to walk to the play we came to see. The staff were very friendly. Liked the location.

  Liked everything about this hotel. Its so different to the high rise city blocks. Rooms are great and the staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Soom rooms are small but no problem changing to another room if available.   Very little. Golf course was in beautiful shape,but we weren't there for golf.

  The hotel is located just a few steps from the u of Toronto main campus and Royal Ontario Museum. It's a 10-minute walk to the East to Yonge St and a 20-minute walk South to China town for a great selection of Chinese restaurants.
