  I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay!   We went with two families and the units were perfect for us to be together but still have our own space. I loved the fact that it had a kitchen which allowed us to bring all our own food, and make the vacation affordable.   This resort upon arrival treated my wife & I with the utmost courtesy. I requested a room by the marina, but they are closed for renovations. So the clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom suite that was absolutely amazing. This was @ no extra cost to us & I was amazed @ what was available within that suite. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for value for there money. - I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

  I liked the location. We were going out to Estaire so it was easy to visit a restaurant and get out of town. I appreciated having a non- smoking room pet room. In the past we non-smokers with pets were forced to take smoker rooms. When our pet picked up some burs on his chin, the front desk person lent me the front desk scissors to cut out the bur... what people say » s. - The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean and homey.. really impressed with it..slept so well..usually have a difficult time sleeping the first night..thankyou..Front desk staff was very accommodating. let us check in early as we had a wedding to attend.. thank you again.

  Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels each day and the location was excellent. The area was quiet too yet near one of the main streets in Toronto. The staff did their best to meet any requests eg obtaining a toaster for the kitchen which was supplied almost immediately. - A very large appartment type hotel within walking distance of the subway... what people say » system.   I was very hesitant since I have never stayed at this Best Western before but we were very impressed. It was clean and very neat. We loved the balcony. It is really close to the falls like they say, and a ton of restaurants. It is right across the street from the IMAX theatre. Anything further away is a very easy, quick bus ride which stop ri... what people say » ght outside the door. We parked our car on the Saturday afternoon and didn't have to move it until check out the next afternoon. - The room was comfortable and clean. It was very quiet. I never heard plumbing noises, people talking in the hallway. We were right across from the elevator and never heard people coming and going. We heard no cars or motorcycles starting up in the morning either. Very quiet. I also like fact that they allow dogs and appaently other pets as well. That is very nice to know for the future. They seem to cater to pets and really like them. Esp. dogs. :)
