  The night manager was kind enough to call us @ midnight to advise that our vehicle was running. It burnt $16.00 of gas. This was reported to police because there is a scanner that opens vehicles & the steal articles from inside the vehicle. Thank you - This hotel was great value for the price.   Great location for relaxing and good food. Love being able to sit by the bay and just watch the water. It's a great place to just doing nothing or roam the beach. - the seaside view of our room most staff very courteous and helpful walking distance to restaurants closeness to fundy national park and some other attractions.

  This B&B is new and was opened in March 2013. Deborah Quartermain was a wonderful host. It is very nicely decorated. The main floor has a living room, and library with a flat screen tv.   Very comfortable, well-outfitted kitchen and nice view of the river, plus great location near the county museum. The suites were also quite accessible which isn't always the case in B&B's. - The suite was well equipped with everything that we needed. Breakfast was all ready to go and was waiting in the fridge!

  I liked the location and how it was set in among the trees. I like that there is a store. This I feel was very convenient.   I loved the price. I had my grandson with me the second and third nights and the staff accommodated a move to a room with two beds instead of previous single. Showers were close to room. - Fredericton is beautiful, the university was quite central and the walking trails were awesome. Will definitely stay again, on cooler nights!!

  We arrived pretty late, near midnight, so we had called ahead to let the owners know. They actually stayed up to meet us, and walked us to the room with 2 cold water bottles and smiles. The next morning they helped me with getting map directions printed on their office printer, and also offered me coffee to take. Our room was clean and had all the amenities you could want, excelle - It's a beautiful spot. We have a stayed a couple of times just for a night. The price is right, the owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are dated but they have everything that you need and they're clean. Pleasant stay.

  HUGE room with a sitting area and TV. Giant king bed, comfortable. Quiet led to good sleep. Huge bathroom with giant tub. Nice grounds. Clean. Nice grounds. A lovely salt water pool was clean, well maintained. - I arrived at 11 p.m.; the office was closed but a note with the room key was left with directions to my room. That was thoughtful.

  We stayed at the mansion on 71 Sydney Street. It was absolutely fabulous! I can't say enough good things about it. It had everything we needed and more! I would highly recommend this hotel. - Beatutiful old building and the room was lovely, with huge bed which was about five foot off the floor. Great central location
