I came to Fredericton for the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival where my son was playing. From my arrival everybody I met was warm, helpful and friendly. The city was lovely, especially the university campus and Waterloo Row. I didn't have the time to visit much of what is clearly a very beautiful area but I certainly will at some time in the future. It was clean and comfortable, and all the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. There was a mix-up with our reservation, and the hotel was just about full, but they took care of us just fine. One room was upgraded to the new wing, so we could compare "standard" to "premium". The premium 2-queen room was quite a bit larger (as you'd hope).
