  We couldn't have had a more comfortable stay. First we were upgraded to a larger room with kitchen and bathroom for disabled guests. Super clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was adequate although rather pre-packaged, which surprised me since it is a very eco-friendly hotel in every other aspect. - ... what people say » When we had a problem it was resolved quickly. Our air conditioning stopped working and without question, Patrick, the desk clerk was at our room to see what he could do for us. It required maintenance so he had keys to the suit next to ours in hand and moved us immediately. We were most impressed and thankful.

  Our room was not ready at 4:00 but were handled wonderfully by Kevin at the front desk. Received free appetizer, received a discount on the room as well as a room up grade. He went way beyond what one would require. The room was going to be ready in 20 minutes. Received lots of extra's for only having to wait the 20 minutes. Thanks Kevin!!! -... what people say » I was very happy with the location since it was my first time to Penticton and was easy to find. Perfect location to attend the Event Centre which was across the street. Plenty of parking, great place to start the evening next door at Bar One and Denny's on site for ease of getting breakfast first thing in the morning.
