  The room was fantastic. So clean and the lay out is perfect. It was a hot weekend and the air conditioning in the room was a very welcome environment to come back to. The staff is absolutely wonderful and help you in any and every way possible. The cleaning staff is excellent as well. Very friendly and accomodating. This was not satisfactory to our family as we requested 2 queen beds. The weekend was very busy with several hockey families and staff were run off their feet,but were very willing to make us happy.   had everything we needed or could even imagine for spa services, yet had games and badminton to amuse my daughter too. Everything was available and if not, it was instantly remedied. (propane tank was empty and was exchanged promptly) - The cabins were well equipped with everything we needed. The mineral springs-fed jacuzzi bath was a nice luxury... what people say » .   Adult hour at the pool between 10-11 PM. Liked that there were 5 different pools to pick from. As soon as we checked in and parked the car we were instantly in vacation mode...Harrison Hot Springs hotel did that. The staff were super helpful and happy. Was a nice touch to have robes in our room. Liked the history of being in the main (old) buildin... what people say » g. Very big closet for our shoes and jackets. Enjoyed the coffee they provided. - I liked how the staff are very friendly even when it got really busy. The staff were very helpful with answering questions and making us feel welcomed. The pool area and hot tub were clean and the layout is nice. The options for the buffet exceeded my expectations, there were options for everyone even the picky eaters. I very much liked how they served turkey sausages. The view from the patio in the buffet is spectacular.

  This is a first class luxury establishment. I stayed in Suite #302, which had a wraparound deck overlooking the harbour/bay of Sooke. It was beautiful. This luxury hotel offers everything the discriminating traveller expects. And the location is......perfect!   We were upgraded to the multi-use camping sites after noticing that the walk in sites were covered in snow (as we went camping at the end of March). We appreciated the offer, especially after driving in from Vancouver with all of our camping gear. The site was clean and spacious! We've already booked a Yurt later in the summer and are excited t - The Riverside resort was a great last minute experience that I'm happy to have had. It was a phenomenal price for all the space we were given in the cottages and the staff was very upbeat and helpful. Cab rides to the village were only about $10, and the Junction cafe that's on the lot had wonderful food and lattes. I would definitely go here again!
