  We were disappointed the first night that a few things weren't working (24 hr hot tub, our tv, and our coffee maker) however once we expressed our dismay, the staff worked quickly to rectify it and in the end our opinion was changed and it turned out to be an amazing experience.   The room we had booked was a studio loft with a kitchen, the room they checked us into at the Lizard Creek Lodge was in building 2, and it had 2 bedrooms a full living room, and a full equipped kitchen. Oh, and a jacuzzi! I am not sure if this was because the hotel was busy, or it was a mistake, but we certainly were not disappointed. The room was... what people say » very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The outdoor hot tub was very nice also. The bed in the main bedroom was very - letsbookhotel.com did not I got there and they did not have my reservation I had to wait well they called you. You had the reservation in your books that you did not forward it to them... That is a problem!!'
