Right from the start we were treated so well by the Manager. He graciously came and picked us up from town since we had flown into Ganges by seaplane. We were able to walk into and back from town several times. Later he drove us to pick up our adult daughter who was joining us.
He was gracious and helpful and went the extra mile twice!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed the location with the view of the ocean and the woods.

Stayed 2 nights in May but unfortunately it rained most of the time, but
we didn't let that spoil our stay too much! The view from the suite
is breathtaking over looking the inlet. The beaches are close by but you
need a daily park pass of $19.60 for a family, however the owners
provide you with an annual pass for your stay which we didn't
expect.

We loved the location, the view from our suite, the view across the road, the easy access to the Wild Pacific Trail, and the closeness to Long Beach. We found our hosts to be extremely helpful, and would gladly stay at Cygnet Cove Suites again.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room ( a deluxe king) was beautiful and spacious, with views into the forest. After a hard day of surf lessons, I had a wonderful sleep on the very firm bed. -

CedarHouse Chalet is an amazing place to take time out and just relax and the views are spectacular. We stayed in the Green Chalet and had plenty of room for 5 adults. Saw some reviews that weren't great, but we found everything to be wonderful. The restaurant has new chefs, and the food was terrific. It is a restful and quiet place at this time of the year - late November, and enough snow for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.
