    My girlfriend and I have been to the Nita Lake Lodge twice this year, once in the winter and once in the summer and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One thing we didn't get a chance to take advantage of on this last trip was the complimentary bike, canoe, or kayak rentals available. The shuttle bus service they offered was amazing and so useful. Thanks so much for that. The room was brilliant, really high quality finish. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It was my girlfriends birthday and they left a card and a treat in the room which was a nice touch.

    Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff. My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo toiletries, classy all the way.     The hotel is my favourite in Vancouver so far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and had an open front to the street, the bed was very comfortable the wifi was free and fast, the room was clean and had everything I needed (including an iron). We had a cookie delivered to us with room service turning our bed down in the eve... what people say » ning. We didn't have room service banging on our door at 08:00 and there were no complaints or phone calls when we were late leaving our room. Althoug - The space was luxurious The bed was extremely comfortable The housekeeping was exceptional with little unobtrusive touches When I returned to my room the bed was turned down a couple of cookies were set down on my night table the bedside lamps were turned on and the drapes were closed. It made you feel special, a home away from home

    Octant fill in the excellent spaces on my iPhone. I want fill then all in. This hotel should be rated a ten star. I have never been in a hotel where all the staff is Trained. I am in a business that does training and I know when staff is trained. This is really something from the past you font see anymore. Fantastic - Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!) Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.

    Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection. We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, bell... what people say » person was very nice and courteous ! - The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent "plus" for me. - close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

From welcome to restaurant to wonderful guy who got bikes ready drive us to bus pickup for whistler Fabulous small touches like Easter goodies and coffee available in lobby... Can't really say enough good things about the staff and hotel Made to feel individual and special Will return.. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise. The massage at the spa was also divine.

    My husband and I stayed for two nights in one of the newly remodeled fourth floor rooms. Very nicely done with keeping the old Hume hotel design yet quiet, comfortable and climate controlled. Always enjoy the complimentary breakfast and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I stayed on the 4th floor where the hotel has newly renovated the Room. The room was really good (brand new) and the bed was perfect to sleep on. The restaurant was nice and Breakfast was also good.     The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of.     We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice.     We loved the two bedroom condo. It was spacious, with beautiful views, very luxurious. Location is quiet and peaceful. Restaurant was very good. - The villa was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. There was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Wish we has stayed longer.
