The in room dining was literally terrible... The tomato soup was straight up bitter, but it was better after having the sandwich that it came with, coz that was worse. Distance from Whistler mountain. Not told about cost of valet parking, very dissapointed to have it added to cost of room when spending that sort of money and wasn't made aware of extra cost (significant costs) on arrival. Shame left a bad taste after a great stay. Wifi tad slow, tv reception was pretty poor. Coming from Australia we struggle with the pets permitted in the hotel. Nothing. Nothing. No knowledge of current transit system or commuter friendly, even after two clerks said there was availability eight times a day. Very frustrating info provided, lack thereafter customer assumed correct from hotel staff. Old hotel with old facility.

The Resort provides Valet parking at a nightly rate of CAD$39 plus taxes (April to November) and CAD$45 plus taxes (December to March. --- Please note that the festive deposit requires a two-night non-refundable deposit upon booking. A separate prepayment deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that this policy only applies between 21 December 2016 and 2 January 2017. Guests who cancel their reservation more than 60 days prior to expected arrival will forfeit the two-night deposit. Guests who cancel their reservation fewer than 60 days before their expected arrival will forfeit their entire prepayment. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
