    We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. Great location, quiet and cosy, free internet in the library, wonderfuly decorated.     My girlfriend and I have been to the Nita Lake Lodge twice this year, once in the winter and once in the summer and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One thing we didn't get a chance to take advantage of on this last trip was the complimentary bike, canoe, or kayak rentals available. The shuttle bus service they offered was amazing and so useful. Thanks so much for that. The room was brilliant, really high quality finish. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.     Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff. My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo toiletries, classy all the way.     We had a two night stay in the Garden Chalet and it was truly amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The chalet was comfortable and clean, with a lovely hot tub and beautiful mountain views. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant, everything was fresh and some of the ingredients came from chef's garden it was one of the best meals we had ... what people say » during our trip. Golden is a great location as it is close to Banff NP, and other national parks. We also stopped off at Field, a small mining town o - CedarHouse Chalet is an amazing place to take time out and just relax and the views are spectacular. We stayed in the Green Chalet and had plenty of room for 5 adults. The hot tub and bath robes were a bonus and the Chalet was well equipped - everything we needed was provided and Darrin made us feel very welcome. A great stopover on a 2 week visit to Canada. Did not want to leave

    The hotel is my favourite in Vancouver so far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was very nice and had an open front to the street, the bed was very comfortable the wifi was free and fast, the room was clean and had everything I needed (including an iron). We had a cookie delivered to us with room service turning our bed down in the eve... what people say » ning. We didn't have room service banging on our door at 08:00 and there were no complaints or phone calls when we were late leaving our room. Althoug - The space was luxurious The bed was extremely comfortable The housekeeping was exceptional with little unobtrusive touches When I returned to my room the bed was turned down a couple of cookies were set down on my night table the bedside lamps were turned on and the drapes were closed. It made you feel special, a home away from home

    Bell service was great ! He assisted us to pack our frozen smoked salmon voluntary with extra bagg for protection. We were told by front desk lady that Wi-Fi was out of order temporary . But it was out until our departure time next day. They should offer business centre at least we can send some emergency mails. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, bell... what people say » person was very nice and courteous ! - The property itself is very nice, with excellent decor and comfortable furniture, especially the bed, which makes for an excellent sleep. The location relative to the airport terminals is ideal - no shuttle transfer to/from the airport is an excellent "plus" for me. - close proximity to the airport - it was great. We arrived very early in the morning and it was so nice to just collect our luggage and continue through the airport to the elevator to the Lobby. No travelling or wondering where to go. It was excellent in all aspects.

From welcome to restaurant to wonderful guy who got bikes ready drive us to bus pickup for whistler Fabulous small touches like Easter goodies and coffee available in lobby... Can't really say enough good things about the staff and hotel Made to feel individual and special Will return.. Would not stay anywhere else in Van... what people say » couver - The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise. The massage at the spa was also divine.

    The place was clean, tidy and very well organised. The staff were extremely accommodating and could not have done enough to help you ie the manager drove us to a pickup point for us to join our ski trip at 0700hrs in the morning as we had a lot of luggage. This was all part of the service according to him and he did it with a smile. Would have lov... what people say » ed to stay longer as the Hostel had a real nice feel about it. - The owners Gerald and Abbie live in the hostel and take extra care to keep a high standard of comfort, care and extra service. I prefer them over anything more ritzy but where the owner is never on site so you are neglected or just a number.
