We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. Great location, quiet and cosy, free internet in the library, wonderfuly decorated. Tip: when at L'Hermitage, always listen to Raymond's (the concierge) gourmet recommendations. - Anonymous

the hotel was spotless. they seem to have given thought to every detail - design-wise, service-wise, taste and efficiency. the complimentary breakfast and hor douves are wonderful, not to mention the chocolates we got every afternoon. we have stayed in several hotels in the region - this is by far in a different league all together. we hope they manage to retain the high standards over time. - Anonymous

The hotel staff was exceptional - the best service we have ever had (so willing to help and accommodate). Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to two older children or adults are charged CAD 25 per night per person when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy	No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	14.24 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. 1.5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
