  THE place to stay in Kelowna!!! The ranch is located in the hills overlooking Kelowna and the Okanagan Lake. The view from the deck is stunning. Not to forget the hot tub from were you can enjoy the sunset or the stars. The rooms are beautifully designed. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The ranch is also well located for hiking trips or visits to the vineyards. - The family who run the bed and breakfast are wonderful and very inviting. The accommodations are incredibly clean, modern and charming especially for the price. Even though we got in quite late at night there was didn't seem to be an issue and we were able to get a great sleep. Breakfast in the morning was great and there were a wide variety of options to choose from while enjoying the wonderful view of Kelowna. We would highly recommend this place.

  Stayed 2 nights in May but unfortunately it rained most of the time, but we didn't let that spoil our stay too much! The view from the suite is breathtaking over looking the inlet. The beaches are close by but you need a daily park pass of $19.60 for a family, however the owners provide you with an annual pass for your stay which we didn't expect.... what people say » ...FANTASTIC! Tofino is only a short car journey. The suite itself was finished to a high standard, they supplied us with a crib/playpen for our baby - We loved the location, the view from our suite, the view across the road, the easy access to the Wild Pacific Trail, and the closeness to Long Beach. We found our hosts to be extremely helpful, and would gladly stay at Cygnet Cove Suites again.

  My girlfriend and I have been to the Nita Lake Lodge twice this year, once in the winter and once in the summer and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One thing we didn't get a chance to take advantage of on this last trip was the complimentary bike, canoe, or kayak rentals available. The shuttle bus service they offered was amazing and so useful. Thanks so much for that. The room was brilliant, really high quality finish. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It was my girlfriends birthday and they left a card and a treat in the room which was a nice touch.

  Loved the jacuzzi suite. The steamer in the shower was an added bonus. Room was one of the nicest that we've stayed in. Will go back there again! Buffet dinner was excellent, buffet breakfast was delicious too. - Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly

  My husband and I stayed for two nights in one of the newly remodeled fourth floor rooms. Very nicely done with keeping the old Hume hotel design yet quiet, comfortable and climate controlled. Always enjoy the complimentary breakfast and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had a great time in Mike's pub watching a hockey game on the huge screen.... what people say » - Staff are very helpful and friendly. I stayed on the 4th floor where the hotel has newly renovated the Room. The room was really good (brand new) and the bed was perfect to sleep on. The restaurant was nice and Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended to anyone.

  The hotel is beautiful and in a great central downtown location. Our room was perfect and clean, beds were very comfortable.The staff was fabulous, very attentive and friendly. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of.   We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer. It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

  I stayed in Suite 302, a lovely 2 bedroom suite with balcony overlooking the harbour and the beauty of Victoria. The living room, the bedrooms and the balcony all offer exquisite views of the harbour. This is one of the finest establishments I encountered in British Columbia. It is in the heart of the waterfront, central to everythin - I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed

  The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy! The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria.   The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. We had our 13 year old yellow Lab with us and the staff were very attentive and kind to her. The room was super clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choice and the food was really good. The cinnamon buns were great! We would choose to stay here again. We got some discount coupons as well (including 15% off Whitespot). There was a decent size pool and a waterslide which my four year old loved.
