  Hotel suite was larger than expected and we had two bathrooms. Having a sink in the "kitchen" area. Outdoor pool. Being on the doorstep of the Farmers Market.   Love this hotel! everything was fantastic! The breakfast was filling and nutritional! Lots to offer for all ages! The service was impeccable! All the staff were so friendly, helpful and very accommodating! Thank you all for making our stay so pleasant and relaxing after two very hard days of working in the area!   We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great for families to split up and walk to the activities of interest, whether shopping, the park or the waterfront. Restaurants are close and the full kitchen... what people say » gave us options. The rooftop deck and view were incredible. Also appreciate the free, secure parking and the quiet of being a resident for a weeken - Great location . Awesome facilities and apartment just perfect . Come from Australia and we will be back to Vancouver and will stay here again for sure . We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper .

  The staff at the front desk were incredible. They were friendly, informative and always ready to help! The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we have had in a hotel in some time...and we travel alot. We were staying for the 'retro music' weekend and we were so fortunate to get a room with a balcony where we could see and hear the music from ... what people say » our 4th floor room. What a treat! - Efficient friendly staff but not overly intrusive or fake. Kindly sorted out all questions and not with stock answers. Real, thoughtful, kind answers. I felt heard. The kids had lots offered to keep them occupied, even though it wasn't a hotel perk. The staff knew of local events and special offers and that was great for two single mums to have at our disposal.
