  The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. I like the extra emenities - ie: popcorn for late-night snack, plus fresh fruit, juice/water, & ... what people say » cookes available in the front entrance. The breakfast was fantastic - large selection of hot & cold items. The free shuttle was an added bonus - - Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. - Everything was great.   This hotel was so wonderful to go to after being in hotels in Europe for 3 weeks! The size of our room was wonderful!!!! The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was well stocked with everything we needed. Ex. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company. Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Shuttle service was excellent. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

  I had forgotten a very special bracelet in the bathroom. I called and thankfully it had been found! They sent it in the mail to me and I had it within a couple days. Amazing customer service! - The room was clean and comfortable. Close to West Edmonton Mall which was great.
