    Good location. We did some hikes in the area with the trailhead s only 10 minutes driving away. Very quiet. Perfect for star gazing and night photography. Very clean. The lodge was very cozy. Not too far from Lake Louise. We had a fantastic stay, breakfast can improve my egg tasted and smelled like fish oil, but dinner was good, staff helpful and friendly.

    We were very happy with our 1bdrm executive suite and with the pleasant attitudes we received from all of the staff. Absolutely great value for our money especially in comparison to accomadations in Banff. Hot tub and heated pool were great although the pool was a bit too cool for our blood and was covered for majority of our trip to save on heat... what people say » ing since we were there mid week and not many people around (which was also really nice ..) the hotel put up signs saying they'd gladly take the cover - A very nice resort. The 2 bedroom suite was large and spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable and staff were excellent and accommodating to our requests. We also had a private balcony with BBQ. The resort was still recovering from the recent floods and was under repair but this did not stop them from maintaining a postiive attitude and providing excellent customer service. Overall our stay at StoneRidge was excellent and I highly recommend them.

    This was a totally enjoyable experience for my new wife and I. Our room was rustic, romantic and totally comfortable. The grounds were natural and inviting. Enjoyed our morning coffees on the log swing by the creek bed.The restaurant featured excellent service, cuisine and ambiance.     From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us exceptionally. They are all professional, respectful, and they treated my daughter like a queen. The hotel itself is amazing and fun to explore, especially in your slippers late at night. I thought the wedding party late at night would be too noisy, but it's fun and e... what people say » ntertaining for a little one. Our room was far enough removed as well. The view was a nice one...I'm sure there are better but I can't complain. We di - Jay was the first person we met there with the valet service provided. He was so friendly and nice and remembered our names each time we met him. He went out of his way to make us feel special and this made our first stay here memorable. Thank you Jay! Because of you, we will probably return. Keep up the great work!

    The staff was responsive to us in a most curteous manner and in a way that it felt they really cared.We have stayed at Johnston Canyon before and hope to do so again.[The first time was 37yrs ago-the day after our wedding] - Super accommodating staff, really comfortable beds and in general, a very comfortable stay.     I can say that It is an authentic hotel fairmont network. The location (Lake Louise) is amazing. Very special place, a natural beauty unmatched. The room is prety good, with king superconfortavel bed. The hotel staff are super attentive, impeccable service. The food is very good, with great variety.     Spacious comfy rooms. Friendly attentive staff. I broke a coffee pot in the room and was brought a new one immediately. Very fun for kids! They have a movie in the lobby with popcorn after the pool closes! - I enjoyed the little shop so many different items, the pub was quiet with friendly staff and my room backed onto the terrace very nice

    Excellent accommodation. Good living space for self catering and our chalet had master bedroom with en suite plus twin bedroom with own bathroom. Kitchen facilities very good and longe area also comfortable. We did not use but pool on site and Barbq for guest use.     The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.

    Great place for family, facilities make kids happy and parents are allowed to have some rest. Lots of families are staying in this quiet place. On the 2nd floor we had a better view on the mountains unlike the first stay on the 1rst. We appreciate that the staff was discreet but available as soon as we need them, it make us feel like in home but ... what people say » with some help in case of questions. Rooms are large enough to allow a long stay. Kitchen is well equipped and perfectly cleaned. We received a welcom - Good location with a lovely view, property was fairly new and very spacious.     We loved the location! Beautiful place!! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had eaten breakfast at the restaurant there and came away very full! The menu was awesome and the food was excellent! I had mentioned to the waitress that it was our 40th Anniversary and felt it was a good start to the day! We decided to make a reservation for dinner ... what people say » that evening. When they sat us down they had put a heart shaped ornament on our table!! Felt very spoilt!!The food was fabulous!! They had surprised u - In jasper in the slow time of year, the restaurant was only open a couple times a week so we didn't get to enjoy it tat much. That being said we had breakfast Wednesday morning which was delicious and dinner Wednesday night, also delicious, staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The proximity to Jasper can be a little bit of a headache but when all the facilities are open would be much better. Very close to some very good walking trails and pyrami

    WE were fortunate to have the first week of the holiday season with few people around, excellent weather, and great service. This suited our needs perfectly and we really enjoyed our time. We will be back again either early for late in the season. The restaurant staff were amazing. :) - Loved all the hanging flower baskets, the rustic swings ... what people say » and the fountain on the property. The scenery is beautiful and the dining room patio looks out on the lake so combined with the delicious food it makes for a most enjoyable dining experience.

That we did not have to complain and ask for some compensation after learning that our room was not ready one hour after official check in time and that it was delayed even further, but that acceptable compensation was offered up front for inconvenience. - We were married at jpl an... what people say » d have been back many times since. Every time we're there we are treated just like it was our wedding day all over again - like we're special - by the excellent staff. JPL's staff is its greatest asset - and it has many wonderful assets! We can't wait to go back.
