  This hotel was so wonderful to go to after being in hotels in Europe for 3 weeks! The size of our room was wonderful!!!! The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was well stocked with everything we needed. Ex. Lol This hotel was perfect to arrive to after a very long flight, we went to the restaurant/bar, and had a very relaxing evening. The bathroom h - The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company. Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Shuttle service was excellent. Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

  The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous.   One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days. They also have an excellent rotating restaurant on the top floor, which provides some nice views from Edmonton along the North Saskatchewan river. - The lobby was beautiful,... what people say » staff were helpful and friendly. The king bed was comfy and the city view was excellent. They even provide a nightlight with your bathroom amenities which was surprising. (In a good way!) The location is great!

  We were very happy with our 1bdrm executive suite and with the pleasant attitudes we received from all of the staff. Absolutely great value for our money especially in comparison to accomadations in Banff. Hot tub and heated pool were great although the pool was a bit too cool for our blood and was covered for majority of our trip to save on heat... what people say » ing since we were there mid week and not many people around (which was also really nice ..) the hotel put up signs saying they'd gladly take the cover - A very nice resort. The 2 bedroom suite was large and spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable and staff were excellent and accommodating to our requests. We also had a private balcony with BBQ. The resort was still recovering from the recent floods and was under repair but this did not stop them from maintaining a postiive attitude and providing excellent customer service. Overall our stay at StoneRidge was excellent and I highly recommend them.

  The children really liked the pool water slide in the tower -the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Staff were very polite and responsive when the pool ran out of towels. Enjoyed the fridge and coffee service in the room.   I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me.
