They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call.   The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view. The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room. The room was nice as well with nice finishes (wood, granite counters, tile, etc). It was very convenient to have a fridge. This time I returned with my boyfriend and we were upgraded to one of the new rooms with a direct view of the CN tower and Ripleys Aquarium which was beautiful.
