  The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. - I have stayed at your hotel several... what people say » times as well as attended conferences there. I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a suite.The front clerk informed me that this was done for me to avoid being disturbed by partiers. I certainly appreciated that.

  In the Dundas area which is good for shopping and other activities. The hotel is only about 15 minute walk to the Toronto Bus Terminal where you can get a $20 coach (return) to the Niagara Falls. Useful for the early start! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was massive, clean and very tidy. The Swimming pool and Jacuzz... what people say » i were clean and enjoyable. Free Wi-Fi, safe and tv. - We LOVED our stay we will definitely be back. The manager on duty was Shawn and he was incredibly helpful and informative. We were well taken care of and we will be back for sure.
