The rooms were spacious. Love the King Size Bed. Great location.
Although we were not happy about paying for parking we were relieved
that our car was in a secure place. That is very important. Even though
we didn't speak French, staff were very accommodating. I will

The hotel isn't too big, so we felt everything had a personal touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and although they all speak English, they appreciated our (very poor) attempts at French. We ate often in the Saint James, and enjoyed the food and atmosphere there, as well as the friendly and efficient staff. Our room had recently been

I do not have one negative thing to say about the stay and the staff were very friendly and after a long night of travelling accomodated us immediately with a room, which was a very pleasant surprise.

I loved being in a historical building and yet all modern amenities were at my fingertips I liked having a valet because parking was an issue and understandably so in such a rich historical city. .Most importantly, the hostess unexpectedly, upgraded our room to the loft and I thought I was in heaven. I have never stayed in such a luxurious suite. I didn't want to get out of the bed in the morning. Merci bien!
