  Location: Nice place to stay and start for sightseeing Ottawa. Take the bus which stops almost in front of the motel and you don't have parking problems down-town Ottawa. - Upon arrival, I was nicely greeted by Joseph at the front desk. Great place to stay!!!

  I was very pleasantly surprised by this motel. It's budget priced BUT it was clean, friendly and bilingual. I was doing genealogy on my family in the area so it's location was close to the Archives, churches and cemeteries that I needed to visit. Interestingly... the type of cars in the parking lot were much higher quality than I expected for ... what people say » a motel... and the guests that I spoke with were regulars each year. I will definitely return and do recommend it. - Motel was as billed: clean, comfortable rooms at an excellent price. Although the motel is on a very busy road, the rooms are at right angles to it and therefore actually reasonably quiet. Staff was courteous and unobtrusive. At my request, my daughter was moved from the single (cheaper) room I had booked, which was across the courtyard, to the larger room right next to ours at no extra cost.

  I am business traveler and as such my priorities are somewhat different than a leisure traveler. I am mostly interested in efficiency, cleanliness and professional treatment. In this particular motel I found the staff to be extremely efficient and professional. The room was clean but it could've been a little more upgraded, the chairs for example ... what people say » were not "adequate" (I'll just say that for the sake of being polite). Did the negative experiences overpower the positive? No, not at all. Everything - It was good value for money, clean and comfortable.

  Upon arriving the staff were very courteous and friendly. We were served in both official languages with ease. The office was bright and coffee was available for our pleasure. The room was explained to us and we were given a complimentary Bottle of champagne compliments of the Motel. The room was clean and fresh with plenty of towels and neces... what people say » sities. The bed and spa were excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely an we will definitely return soon. - The room was absolutely spotless! The girls at the front desk were warm and friendly. That is important to me.

  Upon arrival, Motel Ritz looks like any other motel, but it is far from being ordinary. Firstly, Tony the owner is friendly and has a lovely welcome. The room we got was recently renovated with great taste (beautiful marble floors, quality furniture, stone-tiled- shower, with great attention to detail in every respect. Upon check-out, we grabbed a bunch of cards and will happily recommend this Motel, which we think, shoul - The owner is very friendly and would do anything for you to fell comfortable . We had a minor problem with the door and the maintenance guy came right over , I mean he was there as fast as it happend . The rooms are super clean and newly renovated . If you need a quit spot were the price is right I'd go with ritz over any hotels . :)

  The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs:) they gave us free city bus tickets, made us coffee and were very friendly and caring:) Thank you! - I really liked that the staff was ready to help us with anything we needed.

  Close to highway 50 , quiet and has a restaurant on the site and other fast food outlets barely a minute walk from it .The price is right .Good mattress for a good night sleep .
