  The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all.   The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.
