Enthusiastic and motivated staff, a huge room with big bathroom (with bath), good restaurant which isn't too overpriced, beautifully comfortable beds and a good gym and swimming pool.

Despite the fact that the hotel looked really luxurious, the staff were very friendly and down do earth.
The decor was amazing and the rooms were very spacious.
No charge for wireless internet connection.
A fabulous business office where you could keep in touch with your work.
Very nice pool and some outdoor patio spaces.
The beds were awesome - I mean really comfortable.
There is a Starbucks on site - how good can it get?

Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite! The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.
