Large room, beautiful view from our balcony, quiet. Enjoyed the continental breakfast coupons, and with the meager 7.35 extra charge, all the bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages and hash browns you wanted. Ideal for families with children. Would return anytime...Staff very friendly! -

restaurant was good and staff was excellent - We really enjoyed our stay and the closeness to all areas. The staff were wonderful, especially when we had a concern about the heat in our room, and the coffee machine was replaced quickly when discovered not working.

We've stayed at other places in Banff, and liked Irwin's the
best. Most of the other places felt more like overpriced motel rooms,
while Irwin's felt like a nice hotel. We got a great last minute
deal on a room, and were pleasantly surprised by what a nice place it
was. Also, pet fee was only $10.

The location was fabulous and the Lodge was great. We stayed in a loft with kitchenette and the views from the balcony were amazing. The bar was good and the food was nice, the accommodations were comfortable and quiet. Underground car park was great and included in price.
