Location and price were great. The necessities were provided for and since we were out and about most of the time the room was very adequate. It is not luxury but we wanted inexpensive, clean & comfortable which were provided. wi fi was provided and it was free.

Everything! Property was absolutely clean, with full amenities provided for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, particularly loved the freshly made waffles! Bed was perfect and lots of pillows lol usually u get the bare minimum and it didn't happen here.

Loved the waterslide with the kids. The pool was on the small size but it wasn't a concern for us. The room was beautifully clean and the kids loved the flat screened t.v. An amazing B&B where Clare and Kelly greet you as family friends rather than paying guests. Afternoon tea is served on arrival, delicious scones, fresh fruit and more! The house is immaculate and very stylish. Guests are welcome to use all the lounge facilities. The delightful garden and swimming pool are an added bonus. As to the breakfasts....unbelievable! The best B&B we have ever visited
