The staff is very friendly and helpful. The clerks at the front desk were good. When I checked in, I asked to keep one large luggage at the storage because I did not need it. On the next morning, the luggage handling person brought it to the shuttle bus and drove me to the airport. He was so helpful to get a cart at the airport.

Front desk staff were very very busy when we came to check in, a day early. I made a mistake when "clicking the mouse" booking online and didn't review the confirmation email close enough to notice the check in date was wrong by a day! Close in town. The staff was very helpful when I pointed out that the room they put us in initially was not the Jr. Executive room I had reserved with letsbookhotel.com. I was changed the full rate for a lesser room that first night and no credit was offered but they did move our things while were were out spending time on the town. -

This was a great place to stay for a weekend in Saskatoon. Parking was free and close to the lobby. The 2 queen beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and comfortable. I enjoyed the lemon water in the lobby. -
