  Its location is very good for the best beach and safety in Rio area. The staff is so nice that you don't have to worry about anything though they cannot speak good English. My special thanks give to the staff who found and returned the scarf my wife forgot in the restaurant.   From the second we walked through the door our experience was amazing. The staff were so helpful and checked us in early, we had purchased a room with executive level access (well worth it as there is an open bar and lots of snacks/food available during the day free of charge!) and were upgraded to a suite with spectacular views of Copacabana Beac... what people say » h. Great location, excellent facilities including lounge chairs on the beach. All inclusive mini bar, late check out. We only stayed one night at the - Friendly and helpful staff. We had mentioned on the 'special request' of the booking form that the reason of the trip was for a special birthday. In our room we found a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne courtesy of the hotel which was a very nice gesture.
