Overall was an excellent experience. Juliana met us at the port and brought us to our rooms. The bed was nicely decorated with fresh flowers in a heart shape. Breakfast is spectacular. Pousada de Porto de Cima is a wonderful choice! The rooms are bungalows set in a forested area (no mosquitos) lush with exotic flowers and blue hummingbirds, very quiet, and yet just a small walk to the best restaurants and hubbub of the island. There is a isolated beach just down the hill from the hotel where you can swim and take peaceful walks. Best welcome we had in Brazil! If you need any help or information they're always happy to help you! Good restaurant advice aswell (papoula: very good home made cooking). Nice, fresh and varied breakfast. Very cute and welcoming patio. Room was cleaned daily and bright :)
