Friendly staff, nice amenities like beach towels, the breakfast was excellent, lots of fresh fruit and baked pastry options. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was safe and near many restaurants bars and a short walk to the market/bus station to get to the beaches. -

Good location within centro but probably not an area of Florianapolis you would stay in for long as its not really close to main beaches. Overall, a very comfortable stay. It was great to have a break from hostels, even if it was only for 1 night. -

The location is great. It is close to the Beira-Mar Shopping. Gives access to the main streets and roads that take you to the turistics points and beaches.
The panoramic view from the room is awesome. You can see the sea and sunset. Just perfect. Very romantic.
The breakfast was excellent, just like hotel staff.
