  The staff were very helpful with our questions. If one was not strong in speaking English, he or she would find someone who could help. The staff we saw in any of the areas were always efficient. There was a good choice of breakfast items. We enjoyed the restaurant evening Buffet one night and enjoyed that too. We were able to leave our extra lugg... what people say » age there for a few days when we went on a tour into the jungle. The wifi connections were good. - Great location, right in the Centro. Staff pleasant and helpful. Not great luxury but accomodation quite satisfactory. Free Wi-Fi. Use of computer at reaonsble cost. Found and returned a camera that had been left behind. Thanks to the staff!

  Staff frinedly and helpful: I arrived at 6am and they let me take my room inmediatly and even have breakfast. They also help you with tours and boat tickets as they have a tourism agency in the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, only there should be more juice choices (always pineapple). Rooms are simple, it is practical - Very close to all major Manaus attractions. Holds all the major (good) tour operators in Manaus for jungle tours in the lobby.   The son of the owner, Neto, speacks english very well and picked us up late night at the airport. He was very friendly and showed us next day the lokal fish, food and banana market and the rest of the city. The hotel is a lovely Colonial building and only a few meters away from the Theatro Amazon and the city centre. Most of the rooms are very bi... what people say » g, but the have also 1 or 2 very small and simple rooms. Included breakfast is basic, but the roll filled with fried egg was delicious. It was served - Super friendly owner that made me feel at home. Spent time out of his day to take me to the local market and helped me bargain for prices. Included breakfast was delicious and the house cleaning was very nice.
