From the moment of checking in until the moment of checking out the staff were excellent in carrying out their duties in all areas of the hotel. Special thanks to Angelika in Reception and Sebastiao in the dining room. Fantastic breakfast. Good location close to Metro, but no decent shops/supermarket nearby.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfect for exploring the city both on foot and using the metro or the buses. So close to the main Avenue Paulista but hardly any noise heard in the hotel from passing traffic or people. Felt very safe there. Good place to stay. -

Clean bathrooms, neat rooms, nicely decorated, well distributed furniture, as well as modern [furniture], nice work desk, some free items in the mini-bar (powder coffee and tea). -
