  The Hostel is in a wonderful mansion with big gardens and a pool. The family stilll live in the house and are very friendly and speak excellent English. We sat with them and watched football on the TV, drank some beers and the dad orded a pizza for us- it felt more like a home stay then a hostel. - Everything was just good. Nice host, good house ... what people say » and courtyard. Safe area. Pretty distant from subway, yeah... but not a big problem if to use buses, for me personally it was even more interesting to get to the place. The Corcovado tram is just in 5 minutes walking.

  This guest house is a perfect place! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was very clean and fresh renovated.
