  Dont let the reviews fool you, this is actually one of the better hotels in Copacabana for the price! We stayed in several 4 star (expensive) hotels that were not any better!!! - I was on the suite azul was so nice the room was big enought and the privat piscine was just perfect with the weather of rio ! Ill get back for my next trip ;)

  Professionalism of staff-English speaking staff at front desk 24 hours daily during our stay-Dec.18-21,2013. My wife suddenly became ill during the middle of the night and the staff directed us to a 24 hour clinic only two blocks away with an English speaking Doctor leaving us very satisfied with the service provided by the hotel and the clinic. -... what people say » The reception staff spoke English and were very helpul in advising and assisting with tours, bookings of taxis and general advice.   The staff at Augusto's were phenomenal. Fantastic customer service. The staff are what made this hotel worth the money. In particular Yuri and LIsa.
