This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. -

We went early morning after all night flight. Staff welcoming and no problem in booking us in at 7.00am. In the afternoon we went out and came back to find room all made up. Breakfast was good. Right in the centre of city and convenient for many things. -

From the moment of checking in until the moment of checking out the staff were excellent in carrying out their duties in all areas of the hotel. Special thanks to Angelika in Reception and Sebastiao in the dining room. Fantastic breakfast. Good location close to Metro, but no decent shops/supermarket nearby.
