Staff was very helpful with giving suggestions for the activities in the city and spoke good English. Rooms are very nice and neat. Breakfast was excellent! One of the best we had in Brazil. Location is very safe, which is important if you visit Salvador. For taxis we recommend to use the hotel contact. -

The atmosphere was quite intoxicating leaning toward the exotic. The proprietor made us feel very at home almost as if we were staying with welcoming friends. Mornings couldn't come soon enough anticipating the excellent breakfast that awaited us. The Atlantic beach, walking minutes away from the pousada was beckoning. The rooms were comfortable especially the lobby and dining area, which was filled with exquisite art and furnishing from Bali. Casa Petunia far exceeded all of our expectations.

it's just in 100 meters. There is a huge shopping centre and lots of
supermarkets near this hotel too. You can reach Lacerda and Pelourinho

The location is perfect, just few meters from the beach.
And the terrace with hammock to chill out at night was perfect.
Also the breakfast is excellent and there is something for every taste. I definitely recommend Papaya verde for your staying in Salvador.
