Reception stuff was wonderful and helpful. They were speaking fluent English. Thanks to Felipe, Fabio and Kaique. Rooms were so clean, shower was amazing. The apartment was very large and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchen to use. The location is in the heart of Jardins, which makes shopping easy. Plus, all the restaurants are within walking distance or at most a 5 minute cab ride away. They also have self-service laundry facilities available to use. The staff is friendly and accomodating. -

At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
