Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Will definatly be staying at this hotel again. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre. The friendly and comfortable ambience.

We stay in the family room, and the bathroom was very big, clean and beautifull.
The breakfeast is a litle bit expensive, but good, serve in a irish pub, very tradicional.
It as a small gardénia índice of the hotel.
We enjoy very much of the hotel.
The girl from the recepcion is very kinde.
Good restaurants, very quer and safe city.
In Gante centrum, The Graislei restaurant is very good and te owner was excepcional.

The rooms were always nice and warm. Always hot water in the shower, even at peak times. The room service was excellent.
Totally enjoyed the buffet breakfast, in a nice relaxed atmostphere. UK tv in the rooms. Excellent value for money. Nice friendly family staff members. -

The hotel/restaurant is family-run and everyone was very friendly and accommodating.The location is excellent for a quick connection to Brussels and beyond.
