  Kurt and Laurent were fabulous hosts and the apartment is where they lived while the renoveated the rest of their wonderful home, garden and B&B rooms. Very delicious, too - with fresh strawberries. We'd go there back for sure!

  The staff were extremely helpful and most welcoming. Room was spacious, comfortable and included tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Although it is not in the city center, the walk to the center is quite nice - alternatively the guy at the reception explained that there's a tram that stops just... what people say » round the corner. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during - Hotel is convenient to train station (2 min. walk) and city center (10 min. tram ride or 20 min. walk). Hotel owners are professional and friendly, and work hard to make guests comfortable and to orient them to the city sights. Rooms are clean, comfortable, updated, and spacious. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Friendly atmosphere. Neighborhood quieter than you'd expect given its proximity to train station, but there are plenty of restaurants and conveniences near-by. I'd gladly stay here agai

  Our stay at expo 13 was just what we needed for our stay in Ghent, it was close to the train station which meant our journey and moving around was very simple and straightforward. The rooms are wonderful and the breakfasts gorgeous. Every detail is taken care of and Didier is always there to help with any additional information you might need (in any language). We initially planned to stay for two nights and move on to Antwerp, but then fortunately were able to extended and used

  From our initial booking to our arrival our contact with Dirk and his help in answering our travel query was very well answered. Dirk is a very welcoming and knowledgeable host. The apartment is accessed by lift and as the apartment is on the 3rd floor it has the best views. Dirk has supplied good travel information about Gent in the apartment and if you have any queries he is more than he - The studio was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything, including candles for a candle-lit supper. Lovely view of the abbey and garden from the front windows and a small balcony on the back. Bus stop was a 2-minute walk. Great natural foods store less than a 10-minute walk. Our host, Dirk, was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

  The hotel/restaurant is family-run and everyone was very friendly and accommodating.The location is excellent for a quick connection to Brussels and beyond. The rooms are spacious, clean, the little things have been taken care of. Cannot recommend it highly enough for this price range. The gal who owns and runs it is first rate and runs a great restaurant there as well.

  Ann was terrific. She is an attentive host. We had been traveling for several straight days and needed to do laundry. She would not hear of that since it would take away our sightseeing, so she did our laundry for us! The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was enormous, and the breakfast excellent. I would recommend Ann's B&B to anyo... what people say » ne. - Everything about this place is fabulous. We stayed in suite 1 which has a small balcony overlooking the waterway. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet despite being on the front of the house. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.
