The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat.
The room was spacious, the bathroom larger and better than the 5 star hotels I have stayed at.

Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.

The location is great. It is not so crowded as in the centre but it is also close to actually everything. We used to walk to Grand Place, Magritte Museum, Grand Sablon and the shopping streets. We booked the Duplex Apartment (4 Adults) and the size was perfect for four people. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Supermarkets are just around the corner, so the the possibility to cook was great.

It was a wonderful hotel. The room was huge with a huge bed as well and with an excellent view of the city. Very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, only a small walk to the main city square. Lot of restaurants around the hotel. - very nice and big room, and very very helpfull all the hotel staff :-) :-)

Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.
