The apartment was really nice and cozy, brilliantly white and fancy having all the utilities that you want. It was also really close to the center of the town, whether taking the metro, having the metro station just near-by or just taking a walk all the way there. The design and furniture are asbolutely gorgeous. I appreciated the Nespresso machine, the microwave and the big fridge, as well as all the nice books available in the room. I liked also the easy booking and the receipt in my mail the next day.

Beautiful room with lovely furnishings and lots of space. Stayed in a 2 bed apartment. Walking distance to the main square and a supermarket and metro station right across the road. Excellent apartment stay close to the EU facilities. Generous space, well equipped kitchenette. Possibility to order dinner into your room from the bottom floor restaurant. Very modern decor, extremely comfortable bed, large shower, coffee and tea in room, parking below the building, laundry, gym and storage available. It is quite luxuriouos for its price..great location too. Bfast a bit steep in price, but the hotel in general is amazing Loving the shower room!. Location. - Decoration is somehow modern - They provide an idevice charger/player. I didn't like the total absence of staff. The heating wasn't working and I was freezing in the room. And if you go out and take the door card, you switch everything off, including the a/C. The design is nice but not always practical: - open shower: you wash the entire bathroom, - absence of stool or support for clothes/accessories in the bathroom. But the worst aspect was the price of the (very poor!!) internet connection: 9.50€! It should be free!. A few more towel hooks in the bathroom would be useful. Luggage storage out of service. Spacious bed, but too hard to be comfortable. No front desk, no real person to ask questions, main office is a 20 minute walk from location, one elevator was broken and made it difficult to get to the rooms from the parking garage. The location wasn't that good and the fact there is no reception. Even though staff is limited because of the concept, I had the "luck" of interacting with a couple of them. They were rude and unfriendly. Some people working in the hospitality industry seem to forget that they HAVE to be customer friendly. Nothing. absence of staff would be ok but staff don't communicate to each other, quite confused, i had to repeat the same things to three different persons. if you tell something to one memeber of staff, it is not sure they will do what you asked, caused me problems with billing. 1.hotel didn't send any explanations about the code for entree , keys etc. No free wi-fi. Could have been neater. location - as we were told (by locals) the area in NOT safe. The Nespresso coffee machine was not working. none. breakfast not to reach but ok. Late invoicing, unless we call to ask. anonymous. No reception. Underground parking was very tight. Wet room nearly flooded the room!. not really adapted for a leisure week-end but we enjoyed our stay anyway. No staff at all, automated hotel with buttons and codes. Strange. Only one coffee and tea, I'd pay for at least one more per person. There is not reception, somehow I missed that while booking. Parking around the area is tricky, I suggest you call them about the parking!!!. Could be a more clean for a 4 star hotel. - The rooms might have the same price but the size varies a lot. - We had a smell of food all day long in the room through the air conditioning. Same smell in the hallway also. - No coffee provided even if it says so. Other rooms had though. - No breakfast on Sunday. - No slippers provided. - No WiFi in our room. Poor signal even in other rooms. - Private Parking is really tight. Must be very careful while going in or out. - No bathtub. Open space toilet. The hotel doesn’t have reception. No staff available on site. If you wonna check in, u should have a phone to call them otherwise u won’t be able to get in. no one is there for help….
